PERMISSION FORMS FOR COVID TESTING ALL S1 – S6
All students should have received a Covid Test and Protect Consent form. Please ensure these are returned to the school by Thursday 1st April – if we don’t have a consent form we cannot give you a test kit.
If you don’t have a form or have lost it, please collect one from the school office or email the attached form to selkirkhs@scotborders.gov.uk. If you do not wish to have a test kit then please return the form saying this.
