Last week our pupils prepared and cooked Lamb burgers and Lamb Dhansak with Scotch Lamb for St Andrew’s Day. The Home Economics department received Scotch lamb steaks and mince from the Institute of Auctioneers and Appraisers Scotland (IAAS) as part of the #LambforStAndrewsDay incentive. The quality and flavour of the meat was incredible, and the smell throughout the department was the envy of the rest of the School.
